$5,000 X-Races Terms and Conditions

1. The $5,000 X-Races run from September 2nd - 26th, 2011.

2. There will be four 4-day races, taking place from Friday to Monday each week.

3. The leaderboards will be based on the total amount of points accumulated during an X-Race period.

4. Players Points considered for this promotion are those calculated as per GMT time, and totals may vary slightly with Point totals that appear in real time and/or player software.

5. Players need to opt-in to the $5,000 X-Races promotion by registering to a "no play" tournament each week. This will grant players eligibility for prizes.

6. Leaderboards will be updated automatically, approximately every 30 minutes.

7. In case there is a tie between players’ leaderboard points in paid places, all players with the same number of points will be issued an average amount of their prize (as per their positions).

8.Winner Poker reserves the right to refuse payment to any player which is found colluding.

9. Payments will be made up to 7 days from the leaderboard completion.

10. Winner Poker may amend/cancel the promotion at its sole discretion at any given time.

11. All decisions made by Winner Poker are final.
